What times are you open?
We’re open from 6:00AM to 9:00PM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Can I get access outside of your normal working hours? Does it cost more?
Sure can. Just contact us and we’ll get you sorted with a special access code. Our rates are the same!
What’s the WiFi network and Password?
- Our WiFi network is Beachfront Collaborative
- A WiFi password will be sent to you once you book online
- You will be directed to our branded login when your device locates our network
How do I work the door and door code?
Step 1 – either press and hold any digit on the keypad for a second or two, or cover the entire keypad with your palm for a second or two, until you see the keypad light up.
Step 2 – enter your code and the # key and you’re in.
If your code doesn’t work just contact us and we’ll sort it asap for you.
How do i extend my booking?
Just jump back into the booking page, check availability for the space you’re on and go ahead and rebook. Easy peasy.
What happens if my desk is already booked when try to extend?
You’d need to jump online and book a new space, clean and vacate your old workspace at the end of your 1st booking.
How do I cancel my booking, and will I receive a refund?
You can cancel your booking at any time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking is due to start, you won’t receive a refund, so make sure you cancel before then and we’ll give you a full refund less any transaction costs we incur.
How do I work the lights?
The lights are automatically set to turn on and off. If when you walk in the lights aren’t working properly, just contact us and we’ll sort it for you.
How do I work the A/C?
The a/c units are also automatically set to turn on and off. If any a/c is not working properly, contact us and we’ll sort it asap.
If I stay here after closing hours what happens?
If you’re loving the place so much you want to stay after hours just call us and we’ll work something out. We do strongly recommend you do this during working hours. We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to sort you at 8:45 PM. If we are uncontactable, the lights and a/c will turn off, but you’ll still be able to exit the place.
There is a camera in the corner. Am I being recorded?
Our camera is there for your safety. Recordings are made daily and reviewed on an as needed basis to ensure your time here is enjoyable and safe.
Can I access the Boardroom?
The Boardroom can be booked via our bookings page.
What if I need to make private calls?
Our soundproof Framery 4-person Pod (Whitsunday), will arrive on 10 June. All guests of BC have the opportunity to book out a time slot to pay for the use of Whitsunday at very reasonable rates/hour.
Whitsunday has been provided to ensure everyone has access to a private space to make calls, allowing other members to continue to work in a quiet environment.
What’s included in my booking?
Each workspace has its own specific features. After selecting a space on the floor plan, you will be able to access a description and image of your workspace including its location near the a/c’s! If you need any additional features, just contact us and we’ll see how we can help.
What if I see someone doing the wrong thing?
Call 0407 465 365 or 0418 190 140, or in an emergency, the Police on 000. Our workspace has been created to provide every user with the opportunity to work in a clean, dynamic workspace. We’d love it if you cared for our space as if it were your own.
Is there onsite parking?
There is no onsite parking, however you’re more than welcome to park along the beachfront at Coral Esplanade.
